Finally
the Constantinople of India literally the city Lucknow has caught attention in
the business dailies. This is all about the immovable properties in the city.
People are just crazy in acquiring a chunk of land. The intention is to make
trade sail. The real estate
sector in Lucknow is writing history. Brokers and dealers are
unbelievingly enjoying their heydays. The city has been partitioned into tier I
and tier Ii. However, from the industrial perspective the real estate industry
has experienced a steep fall in its growth. This is largely due to the
deviation of the fresh graduates to other domains of jobs, protests from the
farmers and delayed government clearances.
Despite
all these factors the residential
apartments flats in Lucknow were sold like hot cakes. This was because
of the sheer commercialization phenomenon. Eventually, the people who were
working needed shelters somewhere and these were facilitated through these
houses. The city people kept purchasing lands and buildings meant for resale or
to put them at lease or for rent. These made the businesses grow even further.
The government upon seeing these liberalized their FDI regimes and policies
which encouraged and entertained the NRIs to make their investments here.
Possibly this was meant for their comebacks someday or for profit perspectives.
Getting
flats in Lucknow
was not a cakewalk for everyone. This was because of the intermediate people
who were floating in the midways. However, with the coming of these flats and
apartments the people dwelling in the slums got the jobs here. They were
recruited in the posts of servants, maids and other housekeeping staffs. Thus,
the real estate industry was a blessing for the slum dwellers and in some way a
measure to curb the menace of crimes. Instead of getting indulged in
mischievous activities the people could locate their working area
unhesitant.
